Any passenger found in violation will be subject to immediate ride termination without refund and an automatic interior detailing remediation fee of no less than $350.00 to cover professional ozone odor treatment and upholstery sanitization.

Excessive vehicle soiling resulting from spilled beverages, food waste, or physical sickness will incur a professional detailing charge commensurate with actual remediation expenses ($250.00 minimum). Passengers are encouraged to carry irreplaceable personal valuables inside the passenger cabin.

In the event that an item is inadvertently left inside a vehicle, our dispatch desk operates an active Lost & Found registry. Drivers conduct an end-of-trip cabin inspection following every drop-off. If personal property is located, our dispatch coordinator will arrange prompt courier return or staging at our Broomall operations facility. Courier shipping or dedicated driver return delivery fees may apply for immediate personal delivery outside standard service routes.

Section 09

Chauffeur Safety Authority, Discretion & Force Majeure

Passenger safety is our overriding operational mandate. Chauffeurs maintain the professional authority to alter highway navigation routes in response to severe weather emergencies, flash flooding along the Schuylkill Expressway (I-76), interstate traffic closures, or hazardous winter roadway conditions. In instances of declared states of emergency or impassable regional road conditions, ANB Trans Inc will make every reasonable effort to stage alternate four-wheel-drive luxury SUVs or coordinate safe arrival buffers.

All ANB Trans Inc chauffeurs and dispatch personnel operate under binding non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). We guarantee strict executive confidentiality regarding corporate discussions, telephone meetings, passenger identities, and travel destinations witnessed during transit.
