Billing: Accounting / Billing
ANB Worldwide Chauffeur Services rides are billed to either a customer’s credit card or a corporate account. All charges are billed to your credit card or bill. For credit cards, payment is pre-authorized forty-eight (48) to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the trip date. Full payment is taken after trip completion.
ANB Worldwide Chauffeur Services accepts cash and all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, & Visa). Rates include the base charge, tolls, airport and regulatory fees, service transportation charge (STC), parking, and any other applicable fees. A voluntary gratuity is suggested but not mandatory and is at the client’s discretion.
- Payment Terms: All payments must be settled before the trip date. Chauffeurs are not permitted to accept payments. Cash, checks, and money orders must be paid at the office at least ten (10) days before the trip date.
- Rate Adjustments: Rates are subject to audit after service completion to include any additional fees such as tolls, parking, extra stops, or extended time.
- Hourly Trips: Hourly reservations require a deposit at the time of booking, which is non-refundable. Refunds may be credited for future trips at the company’s discretion.
- Currency & Charges: All rates are calculated in U.S. dollars at the prevailing exchange rate.
Car Seats
Our limo service offers car seats for infants and children in Pennsylvania. Simply request a car seat at the time of reservation.
- Rear-Facing Infant Car Seat – $20 each (5 to 22 lbs, up to 29″ height)
- Forward-Facing Toddler Car Seat – $20 each (20 to 40 lbs, up to 43″ height)
- Backless Booster Seat – $20 each (30 – 100 lbs, 34″ to 57″ height)
Damage Policy & Fees
The chauffeur inspects each vehicle before, during, and after each rental. Customers are responsible for any damage incurred, including but not limited to:
- Cleaning Fee: Minimum charge of $200.00 for excessive mess, spills, or damages.
- Smoking & Eating: Not permitted inside the limousine.
- Controlled Substances: Prohibited and will result in immediate service termination.
- Glassware Damage: $10.00 per cracked, broken, or missing glass.
- Vomit Cleaning Fee: Minimum $200.00 surcharge.
The chauffeur has the right to terminate the trip without refund if the party does not abide by the rules or poses a risk to the vehicle or chauffeur.
Change Policy
- All changes must be made at least four (4) hours before the scheduled pick-up time by calling (610) 653-0033.
- Changes cannot be made with chauffeurs.
- If a change cannot be accommodated, resulting in cancellation, a 100% fare charge, including a 20% service fee, will apply.
Wait Time Policy
- Flight arrivals are monitored in real-time.
- Airport Pickups: A 30-minute grace period is provided from the last posted flight arrival time before wait time charges apply.
- Point-to-Point Reservations: A 15-minute grace period is given before wait time fees begin.
- Wait time is billed at the hourly rate of the reserved vehicle.
Additional Charges
- Red-Eye Fee: Applies to pick-ups between 11:59 PM and 5:00 AM EST.
- Extra Stops: Charges apply after the first two stops.
- Cruise Terminal Pick-ups: Additional fee applies.
- Airport Crossover Fee: Charges apply for transfers between different airports.
- Holiday Surcharges: Rates vary based on demand.
Cancellation Policy / No-Show Fees
- Sedan Service: Cancellations less than ten (10) hours before pick-up (U.S.) or twenty-four (24) hours (international) incur a full fare charge.
- SUV, Limo, Sprinter/Van Service: A 50% deposit is required at booking. Cancellation charges apply.
- Missed Flights & Delays: ANB Worldwide Chauffeur Services is not responsible for missed or delayed flights and related cancellation fees.
- A cancellation number will be provided for records. Clients must retain this number.
Bus Services
- Driver Work Hours: CDL drivers can drive a maximum of 10 hours within a 15-hour workday.
- Additional Fees:
- Additional hourly rate: Depending on the bus, fees range from $225 to $270.
- Additional day rate: $1,100
- Permits & Parking: Not included in the base fare.
- Deposits: 50% deposit per bus per day is required to confirm the reservation. This deposit is non-refundable.
- Balance Payment: Full balance is due two (2) weeks before the reservation date.
- Cancellation Fees:
- More than 45 days before departure: Full deposit refund.
- 45-7 days before departure: $400 cancellation fee per bus per day.
- Less than 7 days before departure: Full fare charge.
- Liability:
- Clients are responsible for any damages to the bus.
- ANB Worldwide Chauffeur Services is not responsible for lost articles or electronic issues (WiFi, SAT/TV, DVD, or screens).
- ANB Worldwide Chauffeur Services reserves the right to subcontract services or equipment as needed.
SMS Privacy Policy
ANB Worldwide Chauffeur Services respects your privacy and ensures that your mobile number is kept confidential. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS notifications regarding your reservations, updates, and service-related information.
- Usage: We will only send SMS messages related to your ride bookings, service updates, or customer support.
- Opt-Out: You can opt out of ANB Worldwide Chauffeur Services SMS notifications at any time by replying “STOP” to our messages.
- Security: We do not share or sell your phone number to third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
